It is vital to influence change from every perspective. My personal growth and development serves me well and my ability to influence from a crew perspective serves leadership development well. My legacy is designed to influence thousands of firefighters across the country, a goal much deeper than the local community I live in and serve.

- 1300 hrs pilot-in-command flight time
- Developed full Educational Curriculum which was FAA approved creating an official FAA Authorized Flight School
- Successfully licensed private pilots, instrument pilots, commercial pilots, flight instructors and served as a local accident prevention councilor for the FAA within my region for three years.
