Welcome!

To participate in a valid online Courage to Be Safe® program that will qualify for a Courage to Be Safe® certificate of completion you will be required to:

• Fill in the form below providing your Full Name, provide a username and the name and state of your department.
• Complete the online Courage to Be Safe® online program.
• Complete the required Courage to Be Safe® paper for evaluation.
• Answer any email questions your online program mentor may ask.
• Participate in a short telephone evaluation at the end of the program.

You will be manually registered and a password will be provided.  You can change it when you receive the initial email registration from your online trainer that will be assigned to mentor you along the way.
